Hi!, you need to become level 20 to get pet but it's still not working properly,
but here's some info for pet:

How do I get them ?
1. Required level will be 20, and accept the quest from Magician Guild's Farouk. located at Alker Harbor.
2. Go to Red Orc Outpost to look for the next quest NPC.
3. Go back to Farouk.
4. You will get a "Floating Diamond"or Crystal Floating Stones. Double click it to obtain your pet.
5. You will get to choose one out of the 5 available.
