First of all, I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving and gained many pounds

Alright, down to business. We are aware that there is currently a bug with the Level Up Boxes as well as Lunch Boxes and Backpacks. When you open these items, they simply disappear without giving any other items.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that this issue may have caused. For the time being, please do not open your Level Up Boxes, Lunch Boxes, and Backpacks. For those wondering, it is perfectly okay to continue leveling up your characters, as this bug only affects the boxes and not your characters.

Please do not double post your character information. Please do not post asking when this issue will be fixed and when your character will receive its lost items. There is currently no estimate as to when this issue will be resolved; we may not be able to fully address this issue until maintenance on Wednesday night. We will definitely be able to restore your lost Level Up Boxes, but we unfortunately will not be able to restore lost Lunch Boxes and Backpacks.

Once again, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience, and hope that you enjoy the rest of your holiday weekend.

We will update this thread as more specific information becomes available to us.

Note: We have received many tickets with players saying they have lost level up gift sets when they actually have not. Please do not submit false reports regarding lost items in an attempt to unfairly gain items. False reports are subject to account suspension or termination.

We've been busy restoring Level UP Gift Sets all day long and we're happy to announce that we've restored the missing level boxes to everyone in this thread.

Please check your inventory and Item Shop storage for your missing Level UP Gift Set. If you do not see it, please try re-logging to correct the issue.

If your level up box is still not available, please re-post your character name, server, and the level up box you are missing in this thread and we will look into the issue quickly.
